“This compilation was inspired by a call to compose a theme tune for a perverted capitalism TV show called “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”. The call was flanked by a completely unbiased explanation of the inhuman ideas behind it. Numerous musicians from the experimental field (Ekkehard Ehlers, Harald “Sack” Ziegler, Guido Möbius, Vert, Donna Summer and others) took this as an opportunity to respond to the call, but of course at the same time to make a contemptuous comment in the way it was realized. The result is 15 noisy, snotty and above all humorous “jingles” (the original call can be heard as an intro). If something like this should really run as a jingle on TV (for other shows than this one, of course), then the world will finally be a good one.
